“You look great tonight! I mean.. uhm yeah you look great. Well, you always look great you know.”

You said that to me last night when I asked you if I looked alright. Even if you were sort of stuttering, you really looked so cute as your eyes examined me from head to toe. It’s been awhile since you last looked at me that way. I couldn’t describe the feeling, all I know is that it sent shivers down my spine.
I felt conscious of how I looked like, because it was your sister Sandy and your mom who invited me to go out and have dinner with you guys. I know you didn’t expect my presence there, I didn’t either. I was really surprised when they came to the spa. At first, I thought your mom doesn’t know that it was ours, but eventually, I realized that she was invited by my aunt to check us out. Anyway, I’m so glad that Sandy and your mom enjoyed their massage and etc. We also had a little chitchat about how you’re doing, and with your plans on doing continuing education online, about your plans, and the projects you were handling.
I got surprised all the more when your sister asked me to tag along with them. I told them you may not like the idea, but your sister insisted. Your mom said that you guys are planning to go out on a dinner. She said, she’d be glad to have me around as a guest. I was so flattered, of course! I couldn’t remember a time that they’ve treated me that way and I felt that it’s a chance that’s not to be missed.

I really enjoyed dinner, most especially your family’s company. I never felt so accepted by them as I do now. No pretending to be nice just because… It was all great and their smiles so genuine. If only it’s not so stupid to cry, I would have. I felt my heart melt in so much gladness that time. But, If there’s something that I could not forget, that’d be the way you looked at me, and knowing I still look beautiful in your eyes.

Ohh how I missed you, I wish I could spend another time with you soon.
