I know the essence of summer is the hot tropical weather, but I love the rain even when it’s summer. I’m glad that it’s been raining for the past few days, even if it’s still humid most of the time.

To Jian: I’m glad you found yourself a place to write your thoughts in here. I’ve always been wanting you to do so, but you always kept on refusing and I know you didn’t really like the idea. Btw, it was an honor for me to be able to spend some time with your family. You know how much your parents mean to me. They’ve already become like second parents to me, and they treated me like their own kid, most especially your dad. I’m gonna miss them too, you know. If there’s one thing that I can assure you, I will do as I promised to your parents, I’ll look after you for as long as I’m here. Maybe we could become good friends again like before. Don’t worry, I’m not upset with you or anything. I just don’t want to be in a situation that would make things even worse. Let’s spare ourselves from the pain. Just do what you have to do, focus on your new venture. Let’s just keep things as less complicated as possible. You know that you’d always be special to me and nothing could ever change that or take what we had away. I’ll be just right here for you too.
